SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy aims to ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and delivered to you in a timely manner.
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped out from Singapore.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days*, pending product availability and payment verification.
Orders placed on Holidays & Fridays after 1pm (Singapore Time, GMT+8), will only be processed the next working day*

*working day is Monday to Friday, not including holidays.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.
Customers have the opportunity to review shipping costs prior to finalizing their order.

For our international customers, we offer competitive shipping rates and strive to minimize any customs-related delays.
However, please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

  • Option 1: Standard Delivery, with tracking
    Starts from as low as $4.50, delivery will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

    Option 2: Store Pickup
    You will receive a pick up confirmation and/or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready for collection.
    Please note that you are required to collect your order within six months from the date of purchase.
    Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your order, and no refund will be processed thereafter.

  • Option 1: Standard Delivery (ePacket Registered Postage)
    Delivery will take from 10-20 working days, subject to customs clearance, to reach you depending on where you are from.

    Option 2: Express
    Delivery will take from 2-10 working days, subject to customs clearance, to reach you depending on where you are from.

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subjected to import tax, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These additional fees are not included in the shipping fees paid during checkout.

    If your order is subject to import tax, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees), your local shipping provide will contact you of these fees and you will be responsible to cover the fees before final delivery can proceed.

    We are not responsible for any additional charges of such that may apply after a purchase is completed.

  • A remote area surcharge is an additional fee applied by couriers for shipments made to and from locations that the courier deems to be in remote areas. Couriers will consider a location to be remote if it is far from their regular pick up or delivery path. This means that if the courier does not have a depot near the pickup or delivery address your shipment may be subject to a remote area surcharge.

    If there is an order from remote areas, we will reach out to customers and let know about the extra remote area surcharge that should be borne by the customer.

TAX ID

For shipments to certain countries, couriers may require receiver’s Tax ID to be provided upon shipment creation to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Provide the required Tax ID in “Additional Information” at check out page.
