No, you do not need to register for a account in order to place an order. You can still place your order as a guest by providing the details at checkout page.

Tip: Creating accounts allows you to keep track of your orders and save your details for faster checkouts.

Do check your junk/spam email folder in case the invoice ends up there. However, if you still haven’t receive any invoice in your inbox/junk/spam folder, write to us at mail@ign.com.sg and we will assist you from there.

All orders are deemed confirmed and final upon checkout and because we process & ship out orders as fast as possible, we will not be able to amend and/or cancel your order.

If item(s) is out of stock or found to be damaged after your order has been placed, that item(s) will be cancelled from your order. We will notify you via email, and refund you accordingly.

You can reply to the Order Confirmation email with your correct contact / address. If we receive your request in time, we can correct it.
